The Norwegian Petroleum Directorate (OD) needs consultancy services from a consultant. The consultancy service includes financial contract an incentive theory and resource administration. OD would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for this service. The contract will be for 2 years, with an option for OD to extend the contract for 1+1 year. The estimated start up is during spring 2019.
The estimated value of the framework agreement is 500 000 NOK per annum, including VAT and travel expenses. The estimated value is non-binding on OD and carries no rights for the tenderer.
