OsloMet — storbyuniversitetet (tidligere Høgskolen i Oslo og Akershus)

OsloMet wants to enter into a framework agreement with a provider who can cover the requirement for consultancy services in connection with the technical development and facilitating the system in UBW. OsloMet is a large organisation with a complex structure. The organisation needs to generate reports and management data for various context from the UBW system.
The University aims at implementing a digital transformation. It is expected that the current integrations must be further developed and new integrations are established. The work processes shall to an increasing degree be automated and the system will be subject to continuous adaptations. We want to enter into an agreement with a partner who can give advice on how to utilise the system in a short and long term perspective and facilitate the system based on requirements.

The contract period is 2 years with option for (two) 2 extensions, 1 year at a time. The maximum contract period is 4 years. Cf. the SSA-R (Government Standard Terms and Conditions) agreement's point 1.3.

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form (ESPD), stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned in the tender documentation.
