The work involves the new construction of 20 sheltered accommodation flats with the accompanying communal functions, divided between 2 two-storey residential wings with a middle communal building with a lounge and kitchen, in addition to a basement with technical rooms and storage areas. The building´s area is approx. 2100 m2. The building shall be built into Sundheimen with a glass corridor.
The expected construction period is approx. 18 months. The expected start-up of the work is 30.4.2018.
The work shall be carried out near other residences (Sundheimen nursing home and psychiatric housing) and the tenderer must take this into consideration for the planning, operation, safety, noise levels, environment, etc.

Requirement:
The tenderer must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation requirement:
Tax certificates not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline. A Tax Certificate is defined as:
For Norwegian tenderers:
— Tax and VAT certificate issued by the tax office via Altinn.
For foreign tenderers:
— Foreign tenderers must submit equivalent certificates from their own country that show that they have an arrangement for the payment of taxes and duties. Certificates from similar deliveries in the last 5 years. The certificates should be signed or confirmed in writing by the Contracting Authority for the different deliveries, and as a minimum shall include:
— A brief description of the assignment,
— Time of execution,
— Scope of the assignment in monetary amount,
— Name, and telephone number of the reference person at the Contracting Authority.
If it is not possible to acquire signed or verified attestations, the tenderer shall provide a list of all relevant assignments with descriptions in accordance with the above points.
The Contracting Authority must have the possibility to contact the contact persons who are listed.
Tenderers must respect basic human rights and employee rights.
Documented by a signed annex 4 — self-declaration on fulfilment of the eight basic ILO conventions.

The contract for construction work involves the execution of the sealed building work for 20 sheltered accommodation flats with the accompanying communal functions in one building of approx. 2100 m
The building shall be constructed with 2 wings and a middle part with 2 main floors, as well as a small basement with technical rooms and storage rooms.
The building shall have a floor on the ground and the main construction will be concrete covers with steel pillars and concrete walls, as well as supporting wooden gable walls.
The roof construction will be Q-cover. The building shall be built into Sundheimen with a glass corridor.
The building work covers the following disciplines, joinery, masonry and tiling work, painting and floor laying work, glass and aluminium work, fitting work, roofing and flashing and guttering, external and internal windows, internal doors/classed doors, aluminium doors and steel doors and locks and fitting work.
