Construction work shall be procured for the construction of new sheltered accommodation flats in Sund municipality. The work involves the new construction of 20 sheltered accommodation flats with the accompanying communal functions, divided between 2 two-storey residential wings with a middle communal building with a lounge and kitchen, in addition to a basement with technical rooms and storage areas. The building´s area is approx. 2100 m2. The building shall be built into Sundheimen with a glass corridor.
The expected construction period is approx. 18 months. The expected start-up of the work is 30.4.2018.
The work shall be carried out near other residences (Sundheimen nursing home and psychiatric housing) and the tenderer must take this into consideration for the planning, operation, safety, noise levels, environment, etc.
