Construction management assignment — New Grevlingen multi-purpose hall

Vestby kommune

Vestby municipality has decided that a new multi-purpose hall shall be constructed at Grevlingen in Son. The new hall shall be connected to the existing hall for more efficient co-use of the sports centre and swimming pool. The new centre shall have a full-size playing area, a grandstand for 250 persons, a weights room and 2 sets of changing rooms (32 + 16 persons), in addition to a separate entrance area with a vestibule, communal functions, service areas and technical rooms. Some outdoor work will also be included in the assignment. The construction project will be carried out as a turnkey contract based on NS 8407. Vestby municipality needs assistance from the following resources for follow-up of the Turnkey Contractor:
— main construction manager*,
— ITB manager for the Builder,
— technical construction manager electro,
— technical construction manager for HVAC and sanitation.
*The main construction manager shall also function as a HSE co-ordinator for execution (KU).

Requirement 1: The company shall have its tax and duty payments in order.
Documentation requirement: Tax and VAT certificate.
The tax certificate shall not be more than six months when calculated from the tender deadline expiry.

Tenderers must have competence and experience within construction management and shall have carried out assignments of the same nature, complexity / degree of difficulty and extent / size.
