The tenderer shall take on total responsibility to present a satisfactory building, and manage, operate and maintain hire items for 8 years + 1 year + 1 year. The tenderer will receive remuneration during the agreement period.
The tenderer is completely responsible for the hire item meeting all requirements in the requirement specification and applicable regulations. In the tender offer, the tenderer shall describe what is necessary for the delivery in accordance with the Requirement Specification — building.
