Competition for the procurement of building administration for Rogaland County

Rogaland fylkeskommune

The Building and Property Department has the builder and property manager function for Rogaland County. The department sees to the organisation of planning, engineering designing services and execution of new buildings and maintenance projects. The Building and Property Department manages buildings of approx. 355 000 m, mainly divided between 25 sixth form colleges.
A contract will be signed for the delivery of building administration for our projects. Tenderers must be able to cover all the requested roles and have the capacity to prioritise Rogaland County when we make call-offs on the contract.
The seriousness rules are attached for information, they do not need to be fulfilled for this contract.
