The contract will be signed for a period of one year. The service shall be carried out in the period September 2018 — June 2019, with an option for the contracting authority to extend the contract for 1 + 1 + 1 year, on unchanged terms.

Requirement:
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to implement the framework agreement. Under this bullet point the Contracting Authority will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, and key figures in the balance sheet.
Documentation requirement:
The company’s most recent Annual Financial Statements.
The contracting authority reserves the right to obtain credit appraisals as a supplement to the evaluation of the tenderer’s economic and financial capacity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
Relevant experience is required from equivalent assignments within the health and welfare sector.
Documentation requirement:
List of the most important deliveries or services performed in the last year, including information on the value, date, and the name of the public or private recipients.
Tenderers must be certified to graduate students on a master programme.
Confirmation of NOKUT accreditation or documentation that the tenderer is self-accredited, or equivalent for foreign tenderers, if such certification is required by the respective national authorities.
Tenderers must have the capacity to carry out an assignment of this size.
Information on the education and professional qualifications at the tenderer.
Emphasis is put on the fact that CVs, etc. are not to be attached, as this is part of an award criterium.
