Requirement: The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to be able to fulfil the contract.
Documentation requirement:
— Statement from a bank about the tenderer’s economic and financial customer relationship. The statement shall also contain a prior statement about warranty (see point 2.22 of the specifications).
— Documentation that the tenderer satisfied a minimum rating of A or similar from independent third Party (for example Dun & Bradstreet or the like).
— Auditor approved Annual Financial Statement/Annual Report from the last two years, which confirms the tenderer’s economic situation.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Requirement:
— The tenderer shall have experience and competence from comparable assignments,
— Euro 6,
— Use of Biogas / bio fuel/ electricity. The minimum requirement to participate in the competition is that one must operate 100 % on bio fuel (Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil — HVO100),
— With 20+ man-labour years in the business, an apprenticeship scheme is required,
— The tenderer’s environment and quality assurance must be able to satisfy the requirements for documentation that are set in “the Regulation for systematic health, environment and safety work in businesses (the Internal Control Regulation), §5”.
