Kort beskrivelse:
The procurement includes:
— Collection garden and bulky waste on scheduled routes and to order,
— Treatment of garden waste through material recovery,
— Sorting and treating bulky waste. Disposal through reuse, material recycling and possibly energy utilisation.
The total amount of collected garden waste in 2017 was 630 tonnes. The amount of collected bulky waste in 2017 was 720 tonnes, of which 80 tonnes was EE waste. The amount of garden waste is expected to increase if Re municipality also introduces scheduled route collection for all households twice a year, and by an improved ordering system being developed. The amount of bulky waste is expected to increase through the development of an improved ordering system for collection. Re municipality could introduce the collection scheme from 1.1.2020. A contract will be signed for 2 years, with the contracting authority having the right to an extension for 1+1 year. The delivery consists of the reuse and recovery of bulky waste collected from each subscriber to Vesar. The bulky waste´s content will be a result of each household´s needs and what limits Vesar has for what is allowed in the bulky waste. The garden waste that is collected will typically be leaves, grass and branches/twigs, all of which is expected to be used for material recovery. The tenderer must establish systems for sorting the parts of the bulky waste that can go to be reused and those can be used as raw material for material recovery. Bulky waste that cannot be reused or used for material recovery must be used for energy purposes with the highest possible degree of energy utilisation. Vesar would like to stimulate environmentally friendly transport of waste by using biogas with high climate benefit as fuel. Biogas must be used as fuel in vehicles that collect garden and bulky waste.
