Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The framework agreement will have a duration of more than 1 year, with an option for the contracting authority to extend this with a further 1 year + 1 year, totalling 3 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notification otherwise at the latest 3 months before the contract or option year expires.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
— Norwegian companies: Company registration certificate.
— Foreign companies: Documentation proving that the company is registered in a trade or business register as prescribed by the law of the country where the tenderer is established.
Tenderers shall have their tax and VAT payments in order.
— Norwegian companies: Tax and VAT certificate, not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline (https://www.altinn.no/no/Skjema-og tjenester/Etater/Skatteetaten/Attestbestilling/.
— Foreign companies: Certificate issued by the relevant authority in the tenderer’s home state, confirming that the company has met their obligations regarding tax and VAT payments. The certificate shall not be more than six months old when calculated from the tender deadline expiry.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have settled financial conditions and the financial capacity to fulfil the contract.
— The contracting authority will obtain a credit rating from the credit and analysis company Experian. Tenderers must as a minimum achieve a rating of ‘credit worthy’, or the equivalent.
— Alternatively, tenderers can, when submitting tender offers, enclose an updated credit rating from an approved credit rating company showing that the tenderers has achieved an equivalent credit level.
The credit rating shall show the current economic situation of the company.
— Companies registered in other countries than Norway must enclose a credit rating.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer must have experience from assignments of relevant nature, scope and complexity.
— List of the most important, relevant assignments in the last three years, including information about:
— The contract value and cleaning area per week for daily cleaning.
— What is included in the assignment (key words).
— Period for the delivery.
— Reference person (name, telephone, email).
Tenderers shall have a good and well-functioning quality assurance/management system for the services that shall be provided.
— Certificate for the tenderer´s quality assurance/management system, issued by independent bodies that confirm that the tenderer fulfils recognised quality assurance standards (ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent).
— The contracting authority will also accept other documentation that demonstrates that the tenderer has a well-functioning system for ensuring quality, customised to the nature and scope of the assignment. As a minimum,the tenderer must present a general description of the contents of the system including an overview of control plans and check-lists that are relevant for this assignment.

The tenderer must be able to ensure environmental consideration when carrying out the service.
— Environmental Certificates, for example EMAS, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
— The contracting authority also accepts other documentation showing that the tenderer safeguards. As a minimum, this must contain a description of their own system, procedures for environmental politics, environmental management schemes, training of employees in environmentally friendly cleaning, as well as other information the tenderers considers relevant.
