The assignment comprises cleaning of Nofima AS’ premises at Muninbakken 9-13. Approx. 100 people currently work at this address. Nofima AS is a research institute where we primarily conduct food research. We have multiple department nationwide, with our main office in Tromsø. The building i s located on the university campus, Muninbakken 9-13. The building is a little over 6,000 m2 and is owned by Statsbygg Nord [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property, North]. They are responsible for the interior maintenance and also have a caretaker service at the building.

The assignment consists of the following:
Regular cleaning of three laboratories, offices, meeting rooms, common areas, store and goods reception.
Daily washing of laboratory equipment. Placement of laboratory equipment in the washing machine, placement of laboratory equipment in the drying cupboard, as well as clean equipment in place.
Regular additional services: mat delivery.
Cleaning to order (ordered separately):
The elements of regular cleaning and regular additional services are included in the fixed monthly price, cfr the contract's price annex. Cleaning to order shall be invoiced separately in accordance with the contract’s price annex, after the cleaning has been carried out.
