Bus replacement service for the Airport Express Train

The Airport Express Train has two types of operational deviations that must be covered by alternative transport capacity. The operational deviations are split betweeen:
— Planned deviations (ordered in advance and entered into the plan),
— Non-planned deviations (commissioned and notified over the telephone via the operative management in the Airport Express Train.
An operational deviation means that ordinary train departures can no longer operate with trains as planned on all or parts of the stretch that the Airport Express Train normally operates. The capacity must instead by covered with alternative transport. This can be, for example, NSB trains, taxis or buses.
This tender competition is for alternative transport by bus.
