The objective of this document is to highlight the plan that form the basis for the process of procurement of 126-BYM-2017: New rowing and paddling course at Bestumkilen.
This procurement concerns a goods contract where Bymiljøetaten [the Agency for Urban Environment] shall purchase a buoy course for a new 1 000 metre rowing and paddling course with four lanes facilitated for competition.
Procurement and laying out of a buoy course in the ocean shall be implemented.
The contract strategy highlights assessment and selections that occur in the planning phase of the procurement and shall provide a decision basis in order to initiate implementation of the procurement.
