The tenderer shall price and deliver the following:
— broadband services to residents and businesses in Kragerø kommune according to priorities development areas. The tenderer shall specify where the delivery is placed in the priority order.
— delivery in accordance with requirements in the application and letter of award.
— delivery of broadband with a minimum capacity of 30/10 Mb/sec (download/upload).
— provide an opportunity to those who doe not have existing infrastructure to contribute with their own efforts.
— supply ready configured connection points for PC/LAN in the building.
— the development shall be finished in the first quarter of 2019. The time penalty is NOK 2 000/Day for delivery after 1.5.2019.
— specify warranty for the capacity, anticipated up time and response time to errors.
— specify price structure (current).
— development areas in prioritised order (see Appendix 5 - 7, map).

The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the state where the tenderer is established.

Documentation requirement:

— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.

— Foreign companies: Verification that the tenderer is registered in a company register, trade register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contract. Creditworthiness with no requirement for guarantees will be sufficient to meet the requirement.

Documentation requirement:

Credit rating based on the most recent financial figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

If a tenderer has valid reasons for not being able to provide the documentation requested by the contracting authority, the tenderer can prove his economic and financial position with any other document that the contracting authority deems suitable.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.

Documentation requirement:

Description of the tenderer´s up to 3 most relevant contracts in the course of the last 3 years. The project description must include a specification of the project value, project length and state the Customer (name, phone and email.). The Contractor is responsible for documenting the projects’ relevance through their description. The Contractor may do this by including documentation on the skill or experience of the personnel that can be used for this project, including skills or experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
