BTV Innkjøp

BTV Procurement invites, on behalf of its participants, tenderers to submit tenders for school books and other educational activities.
The contract can also be used by other municipal/county entities that have a need for material for learning. The contract does not apply to the procurement of books for school libraries and other public libraries (separate contract).
The agreement includes book groups 1 — 7 and 9 in accordance with the Norwegian Publishers' Association book agreement. The agreement shall not include book group 8 (audio books and electronic content products).
The contract is obligatory for primary schools, secondary schools and sixth form colleges. The contract is optional for nurseries and aid agencies for the growth sector/school sector.

The contract's content and extent
The agreement includes the delivery of books to schools and other educational activities. The contract can also be used by other municipal/county entities that have a need for material for learning. The contract does not apply to the procurement of books for school libraries and other public libraries (separate contract).

The annual total value of the procurement is estimated to be: 60 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT, including options. The estimated value is based on statistics for the procurement of equivalent products for a similar buyer group for previous years, as well as future budgets. The value must therefore be seen as a non-binding estimate.

Tax certificate
The chosen tenderer shall present a VAT and tax certificate upon request. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian.
The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender.
Tenderers' registration, authorisation etc.
Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Sufficient economic and financial standing to fulfil the contract is required.
Documentation requirement: The Contracting Authority will execute an assessment of the economy via the company and accounting information system Bisnode Credit AS (www.soliditet.no).
Tenderers are asked to submit other information they believe is relevant. The contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain supplementary information about the tenderer's finances.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have experience from a minimum of 2 relevant assignments.
Documentation: Tenderers shall state and briefly describe the most important relevant deliveries in the last 3 years. The description must include a statement of the assignment's contracting authority (contact person, telephone number and email address), with the value and date.
