Bardu municipality (henceforth also referred to as the contracting authority) invites tenderers to an open tender contest for project manager services in connection with the construction of a continuous primary and lower secondary school with before and after-school care facilities and a cultural school. The school shall be constructed in a joint construction stage where the objective is to initiate the works by 2019 at the latest.
The start of the project management assignment is likely 3.2018. The estimated completion of the school is 3.2021. The project manager shall also be responsible for following up the commissioning which is estimated to 6 months after the school has been handed over.

Requirement:
Tenderers shall have experience from comparable contracts.
Documentation:
A description of the tenderer's 3 most relevant assignments during the previous 3 years, with information about project name, value and the contracting authority, as well as the contact person's telephone number.
Tenderers shall meet the requirements of Norwegian legislation with regard to health, safety and the environment.
HSE self-declaration in accordance with the current regulations, cf. annex 1.
The self-declaration must not be more than 3 years old at the time the tender deadline expires.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement:
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to carry out the assignment.
Documentation:
Auditor approved accounts with report for the recent year. If a tenderer has further information that ought to be taken into consideration, this is to be enclosed.
The tenderer shall have his tax and VAT payments in order.
The tax certificate shall not be more than 6 months old at the expiry of the tender deadline.
