AutoPASS Operational Platform for toll collection in Norway

The Norwegian Public Roads Administration would like, as a procurer of systems for toll collection, to facilitate a well-functioning market. From 2016-2019 the Norwegian Public Roads Administration, together with the regional toll money companies, will carry out a series of procurements, which shall replace the current central system. After a completed and approved concept phase, the project is now in the procurement phase for a business system for the regional toll money companies (AutoPASS Operator Systems), as well as the procurements of the system components AutoPASS HUB and AutoPASS IP systems for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. In order to accommodate and ensure stable operation of these systems and associated systems, we would like to procure an operational platform service.
The AutoPASS Operational Platform shall contain the standardised services to cover the needs for storing messages/transactions/files, message routing, sales ledger, picture database, etc.

Requirement: The tenderer shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
