Austevoll primary and secondary school - New Construction and Reconstruction

Austevoll kommune

The contract work comprises complete erection of editions, reconstruction of a part of the existing area and upgrading of other areas. All measures described shall be performed as complete solutions, where all areas are finished for use by handover.
There is no planned upgrade of the existing building to comply with current energy requirements, but for new measures in the existing part, all other relevant requirements in TEK10 will be followed as far as possible.
There are some reservations in the draft project about the technical systems and construction method.
The turnkey contractor is regardless free to choose the construction method assuming that the technical description of its material requirements has been met and that the design and expression of the building are as depicted in the drawing.
The school shall be in full operation during the construction period.
