Among the qualified suppliers, we reserve the right to choose 3-5 suppliers to participate in the competition.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner: The customer has an option to extend the contract for 2 + 2 years.

— The supplier must have delivered his duties and paid the taxes and fees the supplier is obliged to pay in accordance with applicable legislation.

— The supplier must be a legally established entity or group of such enterprises.

— The supplier must be an approved state-authorized audit company.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

— The supplier must have good solidity and, on the other hand, satisfactory financial capacity to complete the contract.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— The supplier must have documented competence and experience with IFRS16.

— Responsible partner (s) shall be a state-authorized public accountant.

— The supplier shall accept to comply with NSB's ethical requirements for suppliers.

— The supplier must sign a confidentiality statement.
