Qualification Requirement:

The tenderer shall have good economic and financial capacity in order to carry out the contract, and shall fulfil the following requirement: the tenderer shall have positive equity.

Documentation requirement:

Information on such shall be attached with the tender. Cf. Chapter E2 Point 4 if the tenderer has justifiable cause to not present the documentation.

Requested by the Contracting Authority, the tenderer can document their economic and financial capacity by presenting any other document that is of relevance for the company's accounting figures/finances and that the Contracting Authority deems appropriate. The tenderer shall substantiate why he cannot present the documentation required by the Contracting Authority.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Relevant experience.

Qualification Requirement:

The tenderer shall have sufficient experience of relevant nature and complexity for equivalent works.

Documentation requirement:

A list of up to 5 and no less than 3 contracts that the tenderer has carried out or carries out during the last 5 years calculated from the tender deadline. The list shall cf. the form in Chapter E, contain the following for each of the contracts:

— name of the recipient (Contracting Authority),

— description of what the contract works, including the relevance in relation to the qualification requirements Point 1 and 2,

— which works were carried out by the tenderer, and what works were carried out by subcontractors (contract facilitators),

— the date of the assignment,

— the value of the contract,

— reference person/contact person at the Contracting Authority with contact data (Telephone number and email address), and indication of their role at the Contracting Authority during the contract period. The contractor is responsible for the reference person being available to provide a reference builder's experience.

NPRA and other builders' experiences with the tenderer will be appraised the tenderer is required to show references to relevant contracts that they themselves have executed in a satisfactory manner conditions which will be evaluated are related to, a:

— documentation of completed quality,

— fulfilment of contracts,

— compliance with provisions and procedures for HSE,

— compliance with provisions for wages and working conditions,

— observance of deadlines,

— follow up during the warranty/claims period,

— use of apprentices.

The qualification requirement is to be documented through the list described above in Point 2.4.1.
