Halden kommune

The contracting authority has, in decision “2017/64 Os — frameworks for further planning” decided that a new primary and secondary school is to be constructed for 660 pupils, with a double sports hall for top-level handball and a basic hall on the Os site.
The municipality would like to engage an engineering design group, consisting of an architect, landscape architect, fire consultant, building consultant, electrical engineer and HVAC and sanitation/energy engineer, (hereafter called the tenderer), for the preparation of an expanded draft project for a primary and secondary school with a sports arena. This was decided in a separate municipal council matter on 21.06.
