Tinn kommune c/o kommunestyret [the Municipal Council] have decided to develop a new primary and lower secondary school at Atrå in accordance with the decision in the applicable with the current Financial Plan 2017-2020. The Financial Plan is published on the municipality’s home page.
The municipality wants to engage an architect and landscape architect (hereafter called the service provider) for preparation of a draft project of the lower secondary school. The chosen implementation model is an Interaction Contract. The contract with the architect and landscape architect will be transferred to the turnkey contractor who will be engaged in a later competition. See Part 2, requirement specifications, for further information.

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed.

The Contracting Authority has assessed dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but it is considered unsuitable to divide the assignment between multiple individual service providers.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

The tenderer shall have very good experience from comparable assignments.

Emphasis will be placed on the tenderer having experience with school buildings or purpose-built buildings with outdoor areas, and buildings with energy and environmental requirements beyond TEK10/17.

Tenderers shall have a satisfactory quality assurance system.

The tenderer shall have satisfactory procedures in place to carry out the assignment in an environmentally responsible manner.

The tenderer shall have a good and well functioning system for safeguarding HSE requirements.
