UiB wants to enter into a Framework Agreement for several models of ultra freezers (<-80 ºC), as well as fixtures / racks.
The user of the ultra freezers will be varied, but it will mainly be used for storage of samples from laboratories in the different environments. There will be different use of the freezers in relation to the different environments, so a high degree of user friendliness and robustness will be required in relation to varied frequency of opening / closing.

The user environment is both students and employees at UiB.
We anticipate procurement of 0-3 ultra freezer boxes per year. We anticipate procurement of 0-4 upright ultra freezers per year. Individual purchases will require fixtures / racks.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 3 000 000 NOK 💰
Varighet: 48 måneder

The contract can be renewed for 1 year + 1 year so that the total duration is a maximum of 4 years.

ANSK-2976-18 Framework agreement for ultra freezers. Cancellation of contest. Notification of cancellation of competition ANSK-2976-18. In accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations § 25-4, tender Doffin 2018-772865 ‘ANSK-2976-18 Framework Agreement for ultra freezers’ is cancelled. The competition is cancelled due to an error in the tender documentation, including an error in the requirement specifications. The contracting authority is of the opinion that the error cannot be corrected in any other way than by a cancellation as the competition could have had another outcome if the error had not been made. The tender contest will be re-published.
