The Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property's ambition is that all of our buildings shall be universally designed. All school buildings are based on the measures that must be implemented on current buildings for achieving this goal. The contract shall include danger zones, attention zones and marking the depth of steps.
The Framework Agreement shall cover our requirements for individual measures at a specific school, but also the implementation of measures at several schools within the same project frame.
Parallel Framework Agreements will be awarded 2 — 4 tenderers. The Framework Agreement period is 2 years with an option for 1 + 1 year extension. The Municipal Undertaking for Education Buildings and Property's portfolio is divided into four groups/zones with approximate same number of buildings in each group/zone. The tenderer submitting tenders shall have capacity to manage minimum one group/zone.
