Kort beskrivelse:
The target groups for the course are job seekers without or with weak skills in the use of data. Many will have challenges with the Norwegian language or their health. Some will need to take the course part-time — due to a combination of other initiatives/courses and/or health challenges — and will, therefore, require a longer course period.

The course shall run continually in the contract period — apart from in July, as the participants have a break in the initiative then. The initiative is to last for a maximum of 20 weeks. The initiative shall end when a participant has reached the learning objectives or cannot utilise the Initiative. It is the Tenderer who is to make this assessment. The participants shall not participate in the initiative for longer than necessary.

The course shall provide module-based training, combined with self-work. It must be adapted to the different target groups (see above). The course must always have up to 30 participants. After participants have finished, new participants are to be taken in on the following Monday.
