OUS HF would like tenders for a framework agreement for the procurement of flights for its donor team. We would like tenders that include:
Objective and scope.
— an estimated 75-100 trips (return) per annum.
— a donor assignment by plane lasts for approx. 10 hours, of which the average flight time is 1 hr and 30 min each way. There will be an estimated 75-— 100 donor assignments by plane per annum.
— the flights will be within Europe, most often at night.
— jet planes cannot land at some domestic airports, e.g. Førde. We request proposals for alternative solutions for these relevant occasions (approx. 1-3 times per annum).
— sometimes 2 planes are needed at the same time. (Dcd donation 1-5 times per annum). We request proposals as to how this will be solved. An alternative type of plane is possible in these situations. An alternative type of plane can also be accepted when, for example, the plane is unavailable due to maintenance.

— Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
— all operators must have a certified license for both domestic and European flights and they must be certified by CAA (Civil Aviation Authority).
