In order to ensure Flytoget's (Oslo Airport Express Train) ambitions regarding future expansion and good users' experiences, we request a professionally strong and innovative advertising agency partner who is able to promote Flytoget's market communication strategy and provide efficient market campaigns. The new advertising agency shall contribute to further differentiation and strengthening of the branded goods, as well as ensuring tactical market communication.
This stage of the competition includes the prequalification of tenderers. Flytoget will select minimum three qualified tenderers, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers is available. The selected tenderers will be invited to submit a case proposal where a creative concept shall be presented in the form of idea descriptions and drafts. This will be followed by a tender competition with negotiations.
