Midtkraft Nett AS

Advanced meter and control systems shall be built to measure electric energy consumption (AMS) for all of MKN’s network customers, cf. Regulation for measurement, settlement and coordinated conduct for power sales and invoicing of network services (the Settlement Regulation). In addition, network benefits including earth fault monitoring shall be established for all of MKN’s low voltage sub stations.
The delivery will therefore consist of the following:
— delivery of meters to all of MKN’s network customers (approx. 14 000),
— delivery and installation of collection system for meter values, including integration with the existing related systems (customer information system etc.),
— delivery of communication between the meters and the collection system,
— booking and installation of meters at MKN’s network customers,
— delivery of network benefits including earth fault monitoring to all of MKN’s low voltage sub stations (up to 800).

The delivery will involve a “full roll-out of AMS”, and it is desirable for the contracting authority to have only one contracting party. However, it is possible to submit tender offers on parts of the assignment.
Division of the assignment is defined as follows:
Lot 1 (this lot):
— delivery of meters and communications solution to MKN’s network customers,
— delivery and installation of collection system for meter values,
— delivery of network benefit including earth fault monitoring to all of MKN’s low voltage sub stations.
Lot 2:
— booking and installation of meters at MKN’s network customers.
It is not possible to submit tender offers on parts of the assignment that do not follow this division, or further division.
