OsloMet - storbyuniversitetet

OsloMet has a Lenel OnGuard security system. The system is integrated with applications and database servers, video storage servers, operator clients, Photo/ID stations for issuing access cards (student cards and employee cards), card readers, safety cameras, alarm detectors and off-line access control.
The security system currently comprises approx. 1 020 on-line card readers, approx. 200 off-line card readers, approx. 600 alarm points for burglar alarms, approx. 60 controlled doors, approx. 180 safety cameras, and the card database contains approx. 30,0000 active card readers.
The objective of the procurement is to cover the need for external assistance to maintain and further develop OsloMet’s safety system, so that it offers secure locations for all students, employees and visitors. This shall be done through our comprehensive security system, Lenel OnGuard.

In order to participate in the competition, tenderers must fill in the electronic self-declaration form (ESPD), stating that they fulfil all of the qualification requirements mentioned in the tender documentation. The tenderer /tenderers who are chosen before the notification letter is sent out must document fulfilment of the qualification requirements in accordance with the stated documentation requirements.
