Oslo kommune v/Sykehjemsetaten

The contract includes further operation of the current 73 long-term accommodations at Ammerudlunden nursing home The accomodations are divided between 67 ordinary accommodations and 6 strengthen Meticillinresistente Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) accommodations.
The procurement is reserved for non-profit service providers, cf. PPR§ § 2-4 letter h, and the non statutory access to reservation in accordance with the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries’ guideline to the regulations for public procurements of 7.12.2017.
The procurement shall be carried out as a transfer of business.
The tenderer must also provide accommodation services in the building, based on a negotiated and signed service contracts. The tenderer will receive remuneration during the contract period.
The provider shall operate and maintain the demised premise during the contract period. The operation and maintenance service governed by the Operation and maintenance agreement.
The Framework Agreements will be valid for 8 + 1 + 1 + 1 years.
