The objective and scope of the Contract:
A tender contest for an agreement regarding the delivery of a nursing and caring system. This means a complete system for the nursing and caring sector in the municipalities and it shall ensure that daily operations function as optimally as possible.
Lillestrøm municipality requests a complete, user-friendly and role-based system for the documentation of services provided, case handling as well as follow-up incidents that occur during a patient course in the nursing and caring sector. The system must be adapted to future network communication transmissions, such as communication between users and their relatives Lillestrøm municipality is focusing on welfare technology in the provision of services. This means that the system must be adapted for interaction with welfare technology systems. The system must be in operation around-the-clock.

The Contracting Authority expects the new system to be commissioned by 1.1.2020 for all participants, but the Contracting Authority shall reserve the right to decide when the different parts of the system shall be taken into use. The implementation and use be agreed with the new supplier.
