Innovasjon Norge needs a modern media bank, a Digital Asset Management System (DAM system) for organising, making available and distributing all types of content. The contracting authority shall enter into a cooperation with a tenderer of such a system.
The existing system includes almost 10 000 pictures, approx. 530 videos in the open part of the database, which are available for external / third parties and approx. 370 videos in the internal part of the photo bank that are only available for the Contracting Authority´s own employees.
The system currently stores approx. 500 Gb data. The users of the database are both our own employees and external users / third parties. The volume is increasing.

The contracting authority would like a state-of-the-art DAM system that is currently available in the market. It must be easy to transfer the existing content in the current system to the new system and present it.

The contracting authority would like a modern media database for all types of files; for example, video, pictures, music, 360/VR, infographics/vector graphics, document files and other future files and formats.

The database shall function as a document bank for both internal and external users and cooperation partners. The database must have access control at different levels and interface.

Options are wanted in the system for simple storage, processing and distribution of all types of documents and files as well as options for meta information about each individual file.
