A complete ICP-MS system shall be procured for analysis of elements in human biological materials (full blood, plasma / serum, urine) at the Department of Medical Biochemistry, Unit for special analyses, OUS Ullevål. The instrument must be able to analyse aluminium (plasma), lead (full blood), cadmium (full blood and urine), copper (plasma and urine), quicksilver (full blood and urine), selenium (plasma) and zinc (plasma and urine). The instrument must have the capacity for a significant increase in the number of analyses (currently a total of approx. 5 000 analyses per year), and it must be possible to expand the analysis repertory with multiple elements and other biological materials.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
— Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company registration certificate,
— foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,

Enclose a detailed description of the tenderer´s organisation, both the sales and service organisation, including an organisation chart. The document shall also include the name, competence and relevant experience for employees who will participate in this delivery and for those who shall carry out service and maintenance after delivery. State where the tenderer´s service organisation is located.
