Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The procurement also includes signing a framework agreement for the purchase of the equipment specified consumables. This framework agreement has a duration of two years, with an option for an extension for 1 year at a time for as long as the equipment is in use. The award of contract for consumables will follow the award of contract for the purchase of the instrument.

In addition the contracting authority would like option(s) for the following:
1— 1 blood type machine,
2— service contracts,
3— consumables (equipment specific)
The acceptance period for the option in point 1 is 2 years.
The acceptance period for the option in point 2 is until the end of the guarantee period + 3 years.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order with regard to the payment of tax, payroll tax and value added tax (VAT).
Documentation.
— Tax and VAT certificate.
The certificates shall be issued on a certified form from the tax collector/tax office (www.skatteetaten.no). The certificates must be no more than six months from the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any arrears must be explained /justified.
Tenderers shall have ethically responsible activity.
If during the past 5 years the tenderer has been convicted of corruption, fraud or money laundering, or has committed criminal offences concerning professional conduct, the judgement and case must be accounted for. To be stated in the tender letter.
The tenderer shall be a legally established company.
Norwegian tenderers must provide an updated company register certificate.
Foreign companies: Verification showing that the tenderer is registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
The tenderer shall have sufficient economic and financial solidity to fulfil the contract obligations.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Credit evaluation /rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating company with licence to conduct this service,
— creditworthiness with no requirement for collateral will be sufficient to meet the requirement,
— if a tenderer has a justifiable cause to not present the documentation.
That the contracting authority has requested, he can document his economic and financial capacity by presenting other documents that the contracting authority deem to be appropriate. (FoA § 16-4 (2)).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers shall have the necessary technical and professional qualifications to fulfil the contractual obligations. The public procurement regulations §16-5.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Tenderers shall document a quality assurance system that documents the tenderer's organisation and ability for carrying out a good delivery. Enclose a short description (or example Table of Contents) of the tenderer's quality system/methods for quality assurance, and a copy of any certificates.

— Tenderers shall document the organisation's technical and professional qualifications. Enclose a detailed description of the tenderer's organisation, both the sales and service organisation, including an organisation chart. The document shall also include the name, competence and relevant experience for employees who will participate in this delivery and for those who shall carry out service and maintenance after delivery. State where the tenderer´s service organisation is located.
