Oslo municipality's forests are a forest property with forest in all phases that must be cared for. Younger forest needs care to develop into attractive recreational forest. In the close vicinity of the forest to the development, there is a major need to implement forest management in order to maintain a safe local environment. Vegetation surrounding the trails, hiding trails and ski runs must be treated in order to maintain stable edges with a continuous forest image. Bymiljøetaten 'the Agency for Urban Environment] therefore needs to procure a tracked load carrier.
There is a need to implement the assignment throughout the majority of the year and in areas where the ground load bearing capacity varies. In order to achieve this, it is crucial to have machines with the least possible ground pressure and at the same time good accessibility in the terrain.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The procurement comprises an option for further purchasing of a load bearer including first time servicing and warranty. Further description and details of the load bearer are in Appendix 1 — Requirement Specification to the tender documentation. Furthermore, the procurement concerns an option for two flatbed trailer and two hydraulic front mounted winches. The option will be triggered if finances are available. The options must be able to be triggered throughout 2019 on verbatim terms. The option must be able to be triggered individually, hereunder the options for flatbed trailer and front mounted winch.
