Kilden Theatre and Concert Hall in Kristiansand (Kilden) is one of the Nordic countries´ most exciting environments for professional stage art and music. The Arts Centre houses Kristiansand Symphony Orchestra, Kilden Theatre, Kilden Opera, Kilden Culture and an innovative execution of the social side of the social assignment through Kilden Dialogue.
Kilden´s current contract for hotel services (overnight stays) is about to expire. We are now, thus, inviting relevant tenderers with sufficient capacity and competence to submit a tender in the competition.
The contracting authority would like to enter into up to two framework agreements for two sub-deliveries: hotel stays with breakfast and an apartment hotel with cooking facilities. The framework agreements will have be valid for 3 years with an option for 1 year.
The contract´s extent is approx. 3 000 overnight stays per annum. The contracting authority reserves the right to be free as regards call-offs on sub-package 1 or 2.

2) The contracting authority will only make call-offs (orders for overnight stays) to the tenderer who came second in the competition if the winner does not have the capacity to accept orders in the required period.
The contracting authority reserves the right, however, to make call-offs to the second tender if there are special needs.
