Oslo municipality c/o Kultur- og idrettsbygg Oslo KF invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of operational services for the ski jumps at the Holmenkollen national arena. The procurement's aim is to meet the need for operational personnel for the daily operation of the ski jumps at the Holmenkollen national arena. There are 6 ski jumps at the facility, whereby 5 have plastic in the landing slope and are therefore facilitated for year round operation. Training and contests are regularly arranged, including the annual World Cup at the Holmenkoll ski jump [Holmenkollbakken]. The ski jumps vary in size from K10 to K120, and are used by athletes of all levels. The tenderer shall perform operational assignments according to instructions from and under the management of the Contracting Authority's employees. In addition to operational personnel for the ski jumps, the tenderer shall provide operators for the chairlift and ski lifts when there is training and competitions in the ski jumps.

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than 6 months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all subsuppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

Requirements:
Good experience and competence from the operation of ski jumps and ski lifts is required for the offered work manager, including certification as an operations manager for chairlifts.
Documentation Requirement:
Information on professional qualifications of the offered work manager, as well as documentation of operations manager certification.
Tenderers are required to have the capacity to fulfil the assignment, including handling the need for extra personnel at times, cf. the description in the tender documentation Point 1.2.
An account of the tenderer's workforce. An organisation chart must be attached. Tenderers shall state the proportion of the contract they intend to use subsuppliers for.
