2018/1251 — Framework Agreement for Washer-Disinfectors and Storage Cabinets with a Drying Function for Flexible Endoscopes, HMN RHF (Replaces 2018/201)

Helse Midt Norge RHF, the Central Norway Regional Health Authority wants to enter into Framework Agreements for the following 2 lots:
1) Washer-disinfectors for flexible endoscopes;
2) Storage cabinets with a drying function for flexible endoscopes.
A Framework Agreement will be signed for 2 years calculated from when it is signed. After that the Contracting Authority can extend the agreement for up to 1 year at a time. The total maximum agreement period is 4 years.
The Framework Agreements will be valid for hospitals in the Central Norway Regional Health Authority. For St Olav’s Hospital Trust and Nord-Trøndelag Regional Health Authority, the agreement applies from signing of the contract, but for Helse Møre og Romsdal this agreement will apply from and including 11.8.2020, if the option year on the existing contracts are taken up.
The Framework Agreement has an estimated scope of 13 to 22 Washer-Disinfectors and 10 to 16 storage cabinets with drying function. For a more detailed description see Annex 2: Requirement Specification and Annex 3 Price Form.
