Hedmark County is a decentralised organisation, with responsibilities for, amongst other things, the sixth form colleges and the public dental health service in all of the county's municipalities. Most employees work in the colleges and dental clinics.
In addition, the following entities are included in this contract:

The counties and cooperating municipalities have previously had a Framework Agreement for these services. The turnover for 2016 and 2017 has, on average, been approx. 1 700 000 NOK, divided between 24 % on service and 76 % on work on a cost-plus basis (both hours and materials). The specified volumes entail no purchase obligation for the Contracting Authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can effect the total volume.
