As such, the contracting authority requests tender offers on 2 Excavators between 20 and 26 tonne. The school mainly have excavators in the 8 - 21 tonne weight class.
The machines shall be delivered for free to the respect schools:
Kirkenes sixth form college — 9910 Bjørnevatn.
Solør sixth form college — 2435 Braskereidfoss.
The machine shall be delivered at the latest by week 24.2018.

As such, the contracting authority requests tender offers on 2 Excavators between 20 and 26 tonne. The school mainly have excavators in the 8 - 21 tonne weight class.
The machines shall be delivered for free to the respect schools:
Kirkenes sixth form college — 9910 Bjørnevatn.
Solør sixth form college — 2435 Braskereidfoss.
The machine shall be delivered at the latest by week 24.2018.
The excavators shall also be used for site machine mechanics' education. Access to, and training in the digital system for troubleshooting/diagnostics, as well as reading user data will, therefore, be of decisive importance. In addition access is wanted for relevant components/models for pupil training.

The environmental profile of the excavators is important to us as educational institutions. Thus, emphasis will be put on the environmental class of the engine and options for using renewable diesel, c.f. standard EN 15940.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
The tenderer is required to be a legally established company. Tenderers are required to have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian companies: Company Registration Certificate.
— Foreign companies: certificate(s) of legal registration in the country of establishment.
— The selected tenderer shall present a tax certificate for VAT and a tax certificate for tax if requested. This only applies if the chosen tenderer is Norwegian. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
As a minimum requirement, the tenderer must not be subject to bankruptcy proceedings, debt negotiations or liquidation or have suspended activity. A good credit rating is required, at least equivalent to a Bisnode (www.solliditetd.no) score 3.
Documentation Requirement: Tenderers shall not attach any documentation. The Contracting Authority will obtain credit rating/financial data itself.
If the tenderer is not credit worthy or if the tenderer wants to document that their credit rating gives a misleading picture of the economic situation, the economic and financial standing can be established with other documentation. Tenderers should particularly justify why the credit rating is not presented or why it gives a misleading picture.

For companies without a score in the Bisnode database, the Contracting Authority will consider the accounting figures in the database and, if necessary, obtain external assistance to assess the tenderer's economic and financial position. Tenderers with temporarily reduced credit rating due to reported demerger/merge or similar events, must /fission/fusion or equivalent, may be approved.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
a. Experience and good references from at least three similar assignments during the past three years, are required.
Documentation requirements: the tenderer must provide a list of the most important deliveries during the past three years, including information concerning value, date and recipient (name and e-mail). The references will only be contacted if required.

b. Tenderers shall have sufficient implementation ability and capacity.
Documentation requirement: Statements must be submitted indicating the tenderer's average workforce over the last three years and the equipment, machinery, tools, material or technical equipment that are available to the tenderer and will be used to implement the contract/assignment.
