This procurement comprises service dogs to persons with disabilities. A service dog is a dog that is trained to help with practical tasks, such as opening doors, collection things from the floor etc. Service dogs and services included in the procurement shall be able do to be delivered to users throughout the country.

— Delivery of service dogs, new and retrained,
— delivery of the services:
Mapping conversations at the users residence.
— Co-training courses,
— obligatory follow-up,
— ordinary follow-up,
— expanded follow-up,
— re-training.

Varighet: 8 måneder
Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The agreement is valid from the date both parties have signed the contract. Call-offs on the Contract can be made in the period from 1.5.2018 up to and including 31.12.2018. The Contracting Authority has the option to extend all or parts of the agreement one or more times in a period of up up three years from and including 1.1.2019.

Norwegian tenderers must have their tax and VAT payments in order.
Documentation requirement:
— Norwegian tenderers: Tax and VAT certificate from the tax authorities, not older than 6 months calculated from the tender deadline expiry.
