The number of pitches that are built and rehabilitated each year varies, but is normally around 2 to 3 new pitches and 5 to 10 rehabilitations.
This framework agreement shall cover delivery and installation of different artificial grass systems (with or without fill), and delivery of organic fill. The tenderer shall offer five different artificial grass systems that fulfil the requirements stated in the attached requirement specification.

The Contracting Authority sets the following requirements for installation leaders during installation of artificial grass systems.
— Installation leaders shall have experience from installation of artificial grass systems.
— Installation leaders shall be available at the installation site during the entire installation.
— Installation leaders shall be able to speak Norwegian or English.
The tenderer shall during the contract period, have representation in Norway that has administrative capacity to follow up awarded artificial grass projects both in the installation period and in the warranty period.
Tenderers shall have installation capacity to install three artificial grass systems at the same time.
