The Contracting Authority s responsible for the planning, development, management and operation of municipal urban spaces in Oslo. The urban spaces include communal areas such as roads and streets, squares, meeting places, parks, recreational areas, municipal sports and recreation facilities and municipal landscape areas in Marka and inner Oslofjord. Hereunder the Contracting Authority manages approx. 100 artificial grass pitches of varying sizes. Each year the Contracting Authority carries out new construction and rehabilitation of artificial grass pitches that are primarily used by different sports clubs in the municipality. In order to cover the need for delivery and installation of different artificial grass systems, the Contracting Authority shall enter into parallel framework agreements with 2 to 3 tenderers.
