Statsbygg is managing the work for preparing a campus development plan for campus Kristiansand and campus Grimstad on behalf of UiA. Consultancy assistance is wanted, including assistance for the process and analysis work with continual deliveries and preparation of a final report and visual presentations.

The campus development plan must be developed for campus Kristiansand and campus Grimstad. The plan must have focus on the development of, and adaptation for a rational use of the areas, and to support UiA's professional and strategic priorities. The use of areas/buildings must be seen in connection with the outdoor areas through an overall plan for campuses. Campus development in this context mainly concerns how the development of buildings, outdoor areas and infrastructure, in connection with the development of the organisation and technological solutions, can help UiA in resolving its social tasks.

The project´s extent and content shall be clarified through the establishment of an activity plan. The project could be expanded at a later date. See details in the call for tender.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
1) Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
2) Tenderers must have secure implementation ability (capacity).
1) A description shall be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:
— The project name,
— Contracting authority,
— The project´s size in m2 and costs,
— The assignment´s contract value excluding VAT,
— The company´s assignments/role in the project,
— The start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed - what stage the project is in,
— In what phases the assignment was carried out.
2) An overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
