The buildings consist of three main parts: The new building from 2013, the service building from 1995 and the main building from 1963. The main building is to be renovated and it consists of a total of 12 527 m

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, for foreign companies, an equivalent certificate is required, according to the laws of the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The turnover's size, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state Startbank ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers are required to have good experience from assignments with a comparative value, including KU function.
Tenderers are required to have secure implementation ability (capacity).
The person offered as the SHA co-ordinator is required to have the following education:
A week long course in relevant working environment law (e.g. HSE management course, 40 hour HSE course). The main part of the course shall have been carried out as a classroom course - purely internet based courses will not be accepted.
A description must be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:
— the project name,
— the Contracting Authority,
— the project's size in m
— type of building,
— type of contract,
— the assignment's contract value excluding VAT,
— the company´s assignments/role in the project,
— the start-up date and completion date (year)/if not completed - what stage the project is in,
— in what phases the assignment was carried out,
— the name of the reference person who can be contacted,
— overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories.
— the course diploma for the proposed SHA coordinator.
