The safety, health and work environment coordinator shall be included in a project organisation for the new government quarter. The safety, health and work environment coordinator must provide assistance related to safety, health and work environment and the external environment.

The offered personnel must be able to be authorised and security cleared for level C (Confidential). The tenderer will carry the risk of the offered person being authorised and security cleared for the planned assignment.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.

Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.

The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

1) Tenderers are required to have experience from assignments with comparative value.

2) Tenderers must have a secure implementation ability (capacity)

3) The person offered as the SHA coordinator is required to have the following education:

— a week long course in relevant working environment law (e.g. HSE management course, 40 hours HSE course). The main part of the course shall have been carried out as a classroom course — purely internet based courses will not be accepted.

1) A description shall be provided of approx. 1 A4 page per project of up to 3 reference projects in the last 3 years with a comparative value, with information on amongst other things:

— project name,

— contracting authority,

— the project´s size in m

— type of building,

— type of contract,

— the value of the contract, excluding VAT,

— the tenderer's assignments/functions in the project,

— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed - what stage the project is in;

2) Overview of the number of employees in the company, divided into job categories;

3) Course certificates for the proposed personnel.
