The objective of the condition registration is to get a description and documentation of the condition of buildings and structures within the influence area of the construction works for the New Government Quarter. The condition registration shall be an independent document and description of neighbouring buildings and neighbouring structures prior to the start of construction.

… construction. Registration shall be carried out so that any existing damage is clearly evident in the documentation, and it should be possible to assess any increase in the scope of damage afterwards.
The condition registration shall be carried out prior to the start of construction for the different lots that will comprise the New Government Quarter project.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser: In accordance with options:

Option 1:
Condition registration of buildings and structures within the influence area of the works with demolition of the Y block.
Option 2:
Condition registration of buildings and structures within the influence area of the basement buildings works part 1 and field A, C, D, H and M19.
Option 3:
Condition registration of buildings and structures within the influence area of the basement building works phase 3 and field E.
Option 4:
Condition registration of buildings and structures within the influence area of the works with pipeline routes for energy supply to the new Government Quarter. The route has not been confirmed beyond that it shall run from the Government Quarter to Oslo Havn [Port of Oslo].

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasised.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state StartBANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The contractor is required to have sufficient experience from assignments with comparative value.
A description shall be provided of up to 3 comparable value reference projects from the last 3 years, on approx. one A4 page per project.
Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] reserves the right to collect references from contracting authorities for the stated reference projects
