The enquiry concerns K201 turnkey contract with interaction for ground works, structure and sealed building. The works consist i.a. Of engineering design in interaction and execution of:
— Ground works,
— Preparatory works,
— Rigging,
— Excavation,
— Alteration of the culvert for Gaustadbekken [Gaustad Stream],
— Sheet piling,
— Stabilisation of ground (quick sand),
— Piling,
— Structure,
— In-situ cast concrete,
— Prefabricated concrete,
— Temporary roofing,
— Final roofing,
— Facade,
— Facades,
— Ceilings including glass ceiling,
— Solar panels.
The interaction will take place partially at the same time and in integration interaction with the other contracts shown in the table below. The purpose of the interaction is that this will end up in an execution contract for each of the contracts mentioned. If the parties do not come to an understanding for an execution contract, the builder can go out into the market to engage other contractors. It may be relevant to divide the execution contract into multiple parts. For e.g., it may be relevant to enter into a contract for the execution of ground works before deciding on the execution of the structure. The Directorate of Public construction and property will determine how to divide the contract during the interaction phase, after a common progress plan has become an operational plan.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively Start BANK ID.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The extent of the size will also be emphasised.
The Norwegian construction and Property management department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts, alternatively, state Start BANK ID.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer is required to have the necessary professional and organisational qualifications to implement the assignment.
Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments with a transferable value to this project.
An overview shall be delivered of the tenderer's business, with an account of the staffing that the tenderer has at disposal within different personnel categories, both administrative and in regard to engineering design and construction.
A one A4 page description shall be delivered of up to 5 reference projects with comparable value from the last 5 years, with information about i.a:
— the project name,
— the Contracting Authority,
— the project´s size in m2 and costs,
— type of soil condition, type of foundation, type of building,
— the assignment´s contract value excluding VAT,
— the company´s assignments/role in the project,
— in what phases the assignment was carried out,
— what type of contract (interaction, turnkey contracting, etc.),
— the start-up date and completion date (year) / if not completed — what stage the project is in.
