— Option for a framework agreement for supplementary procurements of products and equipment in accordance with the requirement specifications and a possible service/maintenance contract connected to the main delivery.
The enquiry is for workshop machines and the accompanying equipment for workshops in the new National Museum.
The extent is estimated to 20+ general joiners. This document describes what shall be procured and it forms the basis for tenderers´ responses. The requirement specifications consist of a general description of the purpose, need and delivery requirements, as well as requirement specifications detailing specific requirements for the machines/equipment. The contracting authority reserves the right to split the deliveries between several tenderers, or to choose one tenderer for all the machines. We would like tenderer(s) to submit an offer for taking the existing machines in return, in accordance with Annex 4.0 — Discarded Material. The contract must cover the procurement, delivery and assembly of al the machines and equipment in the new National Museum in Munkedamsveien 24, 0250 Oslo, as described in 1.0 Requirement Specifications and 1.1 Special Requirements. Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The product procurement is a one-time procurement. The National Museum would like an option to enter into a framework agreement for a period of 4 years for supplementary needs. There shall also be an option for a multi-year service and maintenance contract, which the National Museum can enter into in accordance with the tenderer´s description.

Requirement: Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Documentation: Company Registration Certificate. Foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Norwegian tenderers awarded the contract shall submit a joint tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, attachment of earnings employer contribution) and VAT (Tax certificate).
The tax certificate can be ordered from Altinn. The certificate must not be more than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Requirement: Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
Documentation: The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
Tenderers must have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
Documentation: A description of the tenderer´s up to 5 most relevant assignments in the last 5 years. The description must include a specification of the value of the assignment, the nature, dates, and recipients (names, telephone nos. and E-mail addresses) The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’s relevance through the description.

Ethical trade:
Requirement: Tenderers must have a quality assurance system that ensures that the tenderer is able to fulfil the ethical contractual conditions that apply for this contract, cf. 4.1 Red Book point 29 Ethical Trade. This means that tenderers must have methods of quality assurance which describe how the company works to comply with ethical trade in operations and in the supply chain.

Documentation: Tenderers must present a completed response form for sub-requirements with the accompanying documentation for the following conditions:
1) A system for traceability in the supplier chain.
2) A risk analysing system for selected products.
3) System for follow-up of the Code of Conduct in the supplier chain.
A description of each sub requirement and the documentation requirements are available in a separate annex: "Sub requirements and reply form for ethical trade". NOTE: Tenderers shall document and fill in the form in accordance with the specifications given in the annex.
