The new National Museum will be the Nordic Countries' largest art museum, with a gross building area of approx. 54 600 m

This procurement is for the user equipment project, which is managed by Statsbygg, and which includes other procurements in the construction project such as display cabinets, lighting, furniture in the exhibition, furniture back of house, signage for “way finding” and digital content production, etc. The user equipment project is also included in the project for the development of workplaces, design and furnishing solutions in the communication studio, workshops and conservation studio.

The user equipment project makes up approx. 22 000 m

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Tenderers must be a legally established company.

Norwegian tenderers: Company Registration Certificate

Foreign companies: Verification that the company is registered in a trade index or a register of business enterprises as prescribed by the law of the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Tenderers must have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment.

The entity's last 3 account accounts or extracts thereof if the publication of the annual accounts is required in the country where the tenderer is established.

And

Credit ratings, not older than 6 months. (The Contracting Authority reserves the right to obtain credit information).

This bullet point will be subject to assessment of turnover, annual results, as well as key figures in the balance sheet.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderers must have considerable experience from assignments with a transferable value (including, in particular, deliveries to museums/cultural institutions/arts centres).

Tenderers must enclose a description of relevant reference assignments with a transferable value. References/certificates on provided reference assignments can be collected.

The following information must be provided for each reference project on 1-3 A4 pages:

Project name and size in m2 and cost

Type of project/building

Name of the Contracting Authority with a reference person who can be contacted

The assignment's contract amount excluding VAT.

Start-up date and completion date

The AV delivery/the assignment's content.

An account must be given in the description of the AV delivery/the assignment's content of what was delivered, as well as further details on whether the delivery/deliveries included the following elements:

AV installations integrated in the exhibition design.

Systems that are reliable and functional.

Installations with high aesthetic quality.

Digital signage as part of way finding.

Other AV equipment such as PCs, tablets, etc.

Tenderers must have a quality assurance system that is adapted and suited to the nature of the assignment.

Report relating to the supplier's quality assurance system/quality management system, or copy of a system certificate or equivalent documentation Hereunder also how this is thought to be implemented and followed up.

Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to fulfil the contract.

Tenderers must describe the number of available technicians/installers, project managers and system integrators with relevant competence.
