Hereunder, Statsbygg [the Directorate of Public Construction and Property] will procure furniture for the museum. Wants to enter into Framework Agreements with tenderers for the following contracts:
— K900: Office and flat packed furniture for the new National Museum,
— K901: Office chairs for the new National Museum,
— K902: Environment, seating and conference furniture for the new National Museum.
Tender offers will be accepted for one or more of the three above named Framework Agreements.
The individual Framework Agreements will consist of a first primary call-off, with delivery as described, in the second quarter of 2019, that is included as a set part of this competition.
The individual Framework Agreements will be transferred to the National Museum so that the museum can undertake further purchasing from the same supplier after opening and hand-over of the museum.

Tenderers are required to have a legally established company.
Company Registration Certificate, foreign companies are required to have a corresponding certificate as prescribed by the laws of the country where the company is registered.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
Tenderers are required to have satisfactory financial implementation ability.
The Norwegian Construction and Property Management Department will carry out a credit rating of tenderers.
Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor confirmed annual accounts.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have good experience from assignments with a comparable value to this contract.
Description of up to 5 of the most relevant contracts that the tenderer has had in the last 5 years. The description must include a specification of the value of the assignment, the nature, dates, and recipients (names, telephone nos. and E-mail addresses) The tenderer is responsible for documenting the assignment’s relevance through the description.

Ethical trade:
The tenderer must have a system that ensures the tenderer is suited to fulfilment of the ethical contractual conditions that apply for this contract, cf. 4.1 Red Book point 29 Ethical Trade. This means that tenderers must have methods of quality assurance which describe how the company works to comply with ethical trade in operations and in the supply chain.

1) A system for traceability in the supplier chain;
2) A risk analysing system for selected products;
